1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "47plusph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 47plusph platform accessible at https://47plusph.org and its affiliated entities.
• "Platform" means the 47plusph website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, sports betting, and other gaming products.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 47plusph, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 47plusph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 47plusph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 47plusph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

All transactions and wagers placed through your Account are deemed to have been made by you. 47plusph is entitled to rely on instructions given through your Account and is not obligated to verify the identity of the person using your Account beyond the initial login authentication.

47plusph recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. While 2FA is strongly encouraged, it remains the player's choice to activate this additional security layer.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on the 47plusph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 47plusph supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 47plusph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 47plusph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are communicated within the Platform's cashier section and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
• 47plusph reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering (AML) checks to any withdrawal request and to delay or decline withdrawals where such checks are ongoing.
• Funds in your Account do not accrue interest.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

47plusph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

47plusph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 47plusph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable review.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 47plusph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 47plusph customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 47plusph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
